It was an absolute pleasure to work with this company. Debbie was prompt, thoughtful, and just treated the whole experience with such care and sensitivity. Designing and purchasing a memorial for a loved one can be a difficult and emotional task, and doing it long distance makes it even more challenging. I live a few hours away, but the process of creating the design and getting it installed was so smooth! Took about 5-6 months in total, which is much faster than the reviews I saw for other companies. When the stone was installed, I received a personalized thank you note in the mail with a photo of the stone in the ground so I could see it even though I live out of town. I was so touched and would highly recommend Otto’s to anyone.
