Designing and purchasing a memorial for a loved one can be a difficult and emotional task, and doing it long distance makes it even more challenging. I live a few hours away, but the process of creating the design and getting it installed was so smooth! Took about 5-6 months in total, which is much faster than the reviews I saw for other companies. When the stone was installed, I received a personalized thank you note in the mail with a photo of the stone in the ground so I could see it even though I live out of town. I was so touched and would highly recommend Otto’s to anyone."

I always provide my own rocks because we are blessed with an unlimited supply of rocks brought in by glaciers years ago but Otto also has a large selection to pick from. They do a wonderful job."
